Location: Richmond VA (23219)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Box ECM Specialist to optimize and expand the use of the Box platform for secure document management and collaboration. This role will be pivotal in enhancing workflows governance and user enablement across the organization.
- 5 years of experience with Box platform configuration folder structure optimization and user access governance.
- Proven track record in migrating shared drives and legacy content into Box.
- Expertise in designing best practices for workflows approvals and digital signatures in Box.
- Strong collaboration with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and retention policies are met.
- Experience with integrations involving Microsoft 365 and Adobe to streamline document processes.
