Job Description
Civil Litigation Attorney
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims with a proven ability to think strategically and deliver results. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team where your contributions will directly shape the firms growth in Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims
- Manage all stages of litigation from consultation through trial or settlement
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and briefs
- Attend court hearings depositions and mediations
- Provide expert legal counsel and develop case strategies tailored for success
Qualifications:
- Based in or near Denver Colorado
- Active member of the Colorado Bar
- Proven experience with first-party insurance law and property damage claims
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must provide 3 professional references
