The Director leads the Litigation branch a team that is responsible for the enforcement of laws and conducting litigation on behalf of the Environment Protection Authority (EPA).

The EPAs Litigation Team is a high-performing group of specialist in-house lawyers who prosecute and defend EPA cases in Court and who provide legal advice to the EPA across all areas of its work.
