Who youll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and show how it solves customer challenges with live engaging demos.
- Partner closely with Account Executives Enterprise Sales Leads and Customer Success Managers to prepare for and deliver impactful client meetings.
- Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with confidence positioning our solution as the best choice for prospective clients.
- Lead internal hand-offs to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to implementation.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline the pre-sales process and improve team efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies and translate that knowledge into value for prospects and clients.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 1 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or sales-related role.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills-you know how to uncover needs and design solutions.
- Proven ability to articulate the value of solutions (software or otherwise) to multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms ( or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with security and data privacy standards (PII PHI GDPR CCPA SOC 2/ISO 27001).
