Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Lead to join a strategic digital transformation initiative within the life sciences this role you will lead the design and delivery of procure-to-pay processes ensuring alignment with industry standards regulatory compliance and business goals.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end SAP P2P process design and implementation within an S/4HANA environment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define procurement solutions.
- Drive the integration of SAP Ariba (Buying Sourcing Contracts and Supplier Management) with SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis develop functional specifications and support system configuration.
- Ensure procurement solutions comply with GxP SOX and relevant regulatory standards.
- Partner with supply chain finance and IT teams to streamline procurement operations.
- Oversee offshore and nearshore teams ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Support testing training cutover and hypercare activities.
- Promote adoption of best practices and support change management efforts.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP P2P with strong functional knowledge of procurement processes.
- Proven experience with SAP Ariba integration in S/4HANA environments.
- Solid understanding of direct and indirect procurement supplier onboarding and invoice automation.
- Experience in regulated industries particularly life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
