About the SAP Internship Experience Program

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

The role purpose

Your role as CCA is to ensure that our senior leaders effectively communicate with their teams and internal stakeholders. As CCA you will showcase our creative skills and technical know-how to elevate our internal communications to be truly best in class

Day to day you will do this by:

• Leadership Support. You will work alongside our leaders and enable them to engage employees and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. This involves crafting high-quality communication materials like presentations and videos
• Create Compelling Content. Using your storytelling skills you will create engaging visually appealing and high-quality assets for presentations videos newsletters business summaries and all-hands meetings etc
• Analyse Impact. You will be monitor and evaluate your communications effectiveness and provide insights for improvements.
• Collaborate and innovate. You will work with peers to innovate and enhance best in class communication practices within the entire Digital Hub

Expected start date 1st or 15th of each month (6-month placements)

• True Team player who enjoys collaboration and is passionate about shaping creative ideas as well turning them into reality
• Strong communicator who actively listens shares and embraces respectful feedback and is ready to give opinions with confidence
• Problem-Solver demonstrating creativity with a proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple understandable and well-designed visuals and all with a careful eye for detail
• Digital Tech-Savvy Enthusiast with an eagerness to use a variety of media such as visual design software Adobe Creative Cloud Figma Canva along with demonstrated proficiency in video editing software (Premiere AfterEffects). Finally familiarity with more traditional communication tools is a must such as Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Creative thinker with an ability to reframe challenges and develop solutions with fresh and sometimes unexpected ideas

Must Haves:

• You must speak and writeExcellent Business English other major European languages are an advantage but not essential
• Must be a current student at least in your third of a bachelors degree in fields like media visual communication graphic design multimedia production business administration marketing or public relations
• Ensure that your university will sign SAPs tri-party agreement without this under Spanish law we cannot consider your application
• Ready to commit to a full-time 6-month internship totalling 39.5 hours per week

And you will also proactively find your own successor by acting as an advocate such as promotion via social media university job boards etc.
