What youll do
- Work as part of the team to implement and support the Mambu platform with digital lenders startups microfinance organisations and new business units of traditional banks.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business processes requirements and objectives. Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Support the customer team with the setup configuration testing and deployment of Mambu applications. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on the functionalities and best practices of Mambu applications. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development sales solution engineering and customer success to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer success.
What youll bring
- You have deep knowledge of consumer and/or business lending and deposit products and operations acquired through experience in the banking or FinTech industry. Knowledge of payment processing would be a plus.
- You have a consultative mindset of listening understanding and anticipating customer needs.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions.
- Fluent English and Spanish is required.
