Operations Manager
Location: Bryanston Gauteng

Are you an experienced leader in investment operations looking for your next challenge Join a dynamic team in the asset management and finance industry where youll drive operational excellence and ensure seamless delivery across investment operations reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee an integrated operations department covering investment operations client reporting fee collection and supplier management.
Design and implement efficient operational workflows and controls to ensure accuracy compliance and scalability.
Oversee trading settlement corporate actions and risk reporting for a wide range of asset classes including equities fixed income derivatives and cash.
Manage supplier relationships onboarding contractual arrangements and due diligence processes.
Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance frameworks including CISCA the Financial Markets Act and FAIS.
Provide operational leadership in cross-functional projects and system upgrades.
Mentor and develop operational staff fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Honours degree in Finance Investments or a related field.
Minimum 6 years experience in asset management operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of investment products operational processes and regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience with the trade lifecycle and settlement processes across multiple asset classes.
Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
