POSITION BRIEF
This individual will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to RPG clients. This individual
will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for processing and
managing new permits within an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and
accountable for all aspects of the management of their assigned territory in a manner that is consistent
with the clients goals and RPG processes.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of client owned real estate within an assigned
geographic territory:
Effectively manage the transaction activity process related to new permits
Update and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction databases
Maintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner
Analyze and manage clients portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results for the client
Serve as information resource conduct research compile data process inquiries review plan sheets and insurance documents as necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned
Consistently provide the highest quality service to Rail Practice Group clients and customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients internal departments
Serve as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other RPG team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5 years real estate experience preferably with some direct transaction background
Strong leadership organizational interpersonal analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently multi-task manage time proficiently
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Comfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting language
Technical skills for efficient use of communication with client and customers
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus
