About This Role

• Start Strong: As an entry-level marketer youll be out in the field representing FHIA Remodeling and making an impact with our brand awareness canvassing campaigns

• Learn and Grow: Achieve key milestones for promotion into managementusually within 3-6 monthsbased on performance

• Master Sales & Leadership: Get hands-on experience delivering presentations on energy-efficient windows doors and roofing. As you grow youll train and mentor new team members learn the business and earn executive facetime

• Expand Your Impact: Opportunities to manage teams grow new canvassing markets and even travel within Renuity to new locations

• Ambition & Drive: Youve got the passion and motivation to succeedand youre ready to push yourself to new limits

• Leadership Potential: Whether through sports military or past work experience youve shown you can lead and work as part of a team

• Communication Skills: Youre a confident speaker who can connect with people and make an impact
