What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Enrollment Management Specialist within the Undergraduate Admissions department. This position specifically supports the mission by providing advanced diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring clerical skills judgment and knowledge of University policies and procedures.

An Associates degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. An Bachelors degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of one another.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by generating candidate applications for open positions within the division
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective employees
  • Review and audit all recruitment-related documentation to ensure adherence to University and departmental hiring policies and procedures
  • Ensure set up and take down of Fudge Auditorium Campus Visits office daily tasks office supply inventory and event storage space including inventory
  • Provide support to Counseling Leadership for recruitment special projects and recruitment materials
  • Provide backup coverage for receptionist duties such as answering incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person in or outside the department
  • Coordinate and manage Undergraduate Admissions catering requests
  • Other duties assigned by Assistant Director & work recruitment events as assigned
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
