What youll be doing

As a Senior Integration Delivery Lead youll be responsible for delivering integration projects end-to-end ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and architectural standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional integration projects ensuring timely and quality delivery across SAP BTP and Azure AIS platforms.
• Managing project plans resources and stakeholder communications acting as the bridge between technical teams and business functions.
• Collaborating with global teamsin Europe and India to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
• Translating business needs into integration strategies ensuring scalability performance and security.
• Building and mentoring a team of integration specialists fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Driving governance and best practicesin integration delivery including documentation testing and change management.

Were seeking a hybrid professional who blends technical integration knowledge with strong project delivery skills. Youll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Proven experience in leading integration projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of integration architectures and patterns especially within SAP BTP and Azure AIS ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration Azure Data Factory Logic Apps and API Management.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skillsable to translate technical concepts into business language.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of integration technology trends.
• A structured results-oriented approach with the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.

About Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT)

Carlsberg IIT is the global provider of business services to all functions regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design system solutions services and system operations. IIT employs approx. 600 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg IIT is mainly situated in Valby Copenhagen.
