Job Description
Swallows Nest is a women owned family run boutique cafe & event space in downtown Washington!
We are seeking a Contracted Event Manager to support upcoming events. This role will oversee the client experience event setup on-site management and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Manage event logistics for the venue space
Coordinate with staff and clients
Oversee setup breakdown and event clean up of events
Ensure exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
Previous event management or coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Reliable professional and detail-oriented
This is a contract position with commission based on event totals
