We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale and modernize our software delivery this role youll design and automate infrastructure streamline CI/CD pipelines and enable our development teams to deliver software faster and more reliably. Youll also mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to improve engineering practices company-wide.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design automate manage infrastructure for internal SW delivery deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins Git Ansible) that enable fast reliable releases.
- Manage a hybrid environment: on-premise (VMware Oracle Linux/RHEL) and cloud (Azure).
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and contribute to modern orchestration with Kubernetes Helm and ArgoCD.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
- Support automated testing of infrastructure code and deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure networking and integration issues (DNS Linux-AD integrations etc.).
- Drive best practices in software engineering clean code and automation within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with other teams that consume or contribute to infrastructure.
Required skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting (RHEL Oracle Linux).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) scripting (Bash Python) and Git.
- Solid understanding of virtualization (VMware) and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong automation skills with Ansible (or similar).
Preferred skills & Experience
- Kubernetes deployment and orchestration (Helm ArgoCD Terraform).
- Network troubleshooting and basic DNS administration.
- Experience integrating Linux with Microsoft services (Active Directory SMB/CIFS).
