Service Offer Estimator (Mechanical engineerElectrical engineer)

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing quotations for repairs and spare parts compiling technical solutions
• Searching for necessary parts requesting quotes from our current and new vendors
• Contacting suppliers negotiating prices
• Consulting with technicians regarding quotes
• Working closely with the inside sales team
• Keeping up-to-date documentation in the CRM system
• Participating in team meetings

Qualifications :

What we are looking for in you:

• You have a university degree in engineering (ideally in mechanical or electrical engineering)
• You have previous work experience in administration
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office
• You are proactive and team-oriented but you are also able to work independently accurately and efficiently
• You are able to perform structured repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
• You speak English at a conversational level and Hungarian at a native level

Advantages

• You have experience in preparing (technical) quotations
