What youll be doing.
Working within theProduction Planning Materials Logistics Department atZEISS Microscopy we are looking for aLogistics and Billing Co-ordinator (12-month FTC) to co-ordinate shipments to EM customers worldwide including document generation & processing; acting as contact point for SSCs / Clearing House re delivery updates
Act as focal point of contact to SSCs worldwide and Clearing House. Respond to customer queries regarding delivery status of systems and ensure that customers are provided with up-to-date delivery information.
Liaise with third-party logistics partner/freight forwarder/appointed shipping agent as required to arrange the collection consolidation packing and despatch of customer shipments.

Collect and co-ordinate all Proof of Export documentation (CMR / AWB) in accordance with HMRC requirements
Process transport invoices as submitted by third-party transport partners
