Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement global service concepts for new products with focus on customer centricity sustainability and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service strategies align with overall product goals
- Drive sustainability by integrating circular practices and minimizing environmental impact within service processes
- Deploy those concepts in Sonovas product service centers and coordinate site readiness
- Optimize quality and cost aspects in product service process development
- Take a lifecycle approach to service designfrom development to phase-out and end-of-life
- Work cross-functionally with product management R&D QARA OPS finance and global service teams to implement solutions
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; masters degree or MBA is a plus
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven cross-functional project collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation; experience with project management tools and best practices
- Ability to interpret data for decision-making and performance evaluation
- Strong communication skillsable to translate complex topics for diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple sites and/or regulated industries
- Background in operations continuous improvement or medical device industry is advantageous
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP tools German or Spanish is a plus
