Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in industries such as retail travel and other large business sectors.

Deliver strategic and consultative Google Ads support focusing on long-term success and tailored marketing solutions.

Provide actionable insights optimization strategies and advanced advertising recommendations.

Develop strong lasting client relationships focused on value and sustainable growth.

Conduct periodic business reviews ensuring strategies are implemented and performance targets are achieved.

Align clients business goals with Google Ads features and marketing opportunities.

Offer expert-level guidance on digital marketing campaign management and advertising best practices.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Marketing Business Communications or equivalent practical experience.

C2 level German High level of English (written and spoken).

1 to 2 years of experience in sales online advertising or digital marketing.

Strong background in Google Ads ideally with clients in retail travel or high-revenue sectors.

Ability to consult at a mid/senior level providing strategic insights and long-term recommendations.

Excellent communication relationship-building and analytical skills.

Strong ability to work with large datasets evaluate campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
