What were looking for
Technical Expertise
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Electronics Engineering Telematic Engineering or related disciplines.
You have 1-2 years of full-time technical work experience as a software engineer or self-taught candidates with proven practical skills and completed projects are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of networking and web architecture.
Proficiency in architectural styles like REST.
OOP principles include SOLID design patterns and refactoring.
Database expertise:
SQL fundamentals.
ACID principles (locks normalization transactions).
Concurrency knowledge: Parallelization asynchronicity race conditions and deadlocks.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Java Spring).
Ability to design implement and maintain scalable and secure APIs.
Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
Curiosity and Continuous Learning Mindset
Strong desire to learn and stay updated with new technologies tools and best practices.
Active participation in self-learning and problem-solving on their own.
Interest in exploring new approaches or techniques especially in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrates exceptional initiative
Takes responsibility for delivering impactful projects end-to-end from conception to post-deployment support.

Effective Communication
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

How the hiring process looks like
We believe in a fast transparent and engaging hiring experience that allows both you and us to determine if theres a great fit. Heres what our process looks like:
Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you your experience and what youre looking for. Well also share more about Addi our culture and the role.Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min)
A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager where we explore your skills experience and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.Step 3: Deep Dive interview (45 min)
Youll meet future colleagues and cross-functional team members to get a feel for how we work together. Were looking for strong contributors and cultural fits so bring your questions too!Step 4: Business Case (3-5 Days)
You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.Step 5: Product Deep Dive Interview (30 min)
A conversation with your Product Manager to discuss product strategy technical trade-offs and collaboration. Be ready to showcase how your design decisions and product delivery align with business and user needs.
Step 6: Co-Founder Interview (30 min)
If theres a strong match youll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there well move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
