As a Content Management Professional within our Inspire Product team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Product owner business users and COE members to identify and document business requirements for templates and support issues.
- Optimize template setup using product features based on user/stakeholder requirements.
- Navigate complex/nested JSON/XML structures.
- Understand credit fee client onboarding concepts and private banking products.
- Be control-oriented with risk/compliance awareness in content management.
- Ensure content compliance with tagging and navigation for visually impaired under the American Disability Act.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for new hires and staff refreshers.
- Coordinate with compliance and control functions for regulatory audits/requests/initiatives.
- Support deployment activities and test business rules.
- Develop and support templates and documents.
- Collaborate in a diverse environment to create solutions for global customers.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- At least 8 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on customer communication and related technologies with 3 years of hands-on experience with Quadient tool or similar content management tools.
- Extensive experience in Java scripting.
- Minimum education qualification . /BE/ . / ./ Graduate.
- Good command of MS-Word Acrobat PDF and MS-Excel.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Agile work experience (Scrum or Kanban)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation.
- Self-motivated driven to learn and achieve targets and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Strong knowledge of wealth management business/private banking.
- Excellent team player open-minded and willing to share information knowledge and expertise.
