Your Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings helping clients engage with their communities.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
Availability: Monday to Friday 3 PM 8 PM and Saturdays 9 AM 5 PM (minimum 25 hours/week).
Certifications: Drivers License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI) CPR and First Aid certification.
Skills: Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
