Job Description

Sales Enablement Lead

Are you passionate about developing impactful content and sales strategies to empower sales teams to perform at their best Perhaps you have a background in Marketing and are now eager to bring your skills into a dynamic sales environment We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead with a strong drive deep curiosity and a collaborative spirit.

SAS Commercial division Global Sales is responsible for SAS Agent Sales Corporate Sales and Distribution. We are expanding our Sales Performance & Excellence team with a new colleague who is highly engaged and excited to shape Sales Enablement across our global sales organization.

In this exciting and dynamic role you will:

  • Own and develop our Go-To-Market strategy including sales plays and campaign execution.
  • Build and refine our B2B value proposition ensuring alignment strategy and supporting content.
  • Be the author of the sales playbook owning the roadmap for our sales team to follow ensuring that they are aligned with the companys sales strategy and delivering a consistent message to all prospects.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing to ensure alignment and synergy.

The Team
You will join a central team focused on performance & analytics product development learning and communication and report to Head of Sales Performance & Excellence. We believe success in this role requires:

  • Strong strategic thinking creativity and commercial acumen.
  • A bold mindset willing to challenge experiment and think outside the box.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience from working across countries and in an international setting.
  • Background in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and write engaging copy.
  • Degree in Business Marketing Communications or similar.
  • Fluent in English additional languages are a bonus.
