Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Process Mining Specialist with over 7 years of experience in process improvement analytics and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process mining tools like Celonis UiPath Process Mining Signavio or Disco with the ability to turn system event logs into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency compliance and customer Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end process mining projects across various business functions (e.g. finance procurement operations supply chain).Extract transform and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Salesforce) to create process models and dashboards in process mining process flows and identify inefficiencies compliance deviations bottlenecks and automation with business stakeholders to validate findings identify root causes and recommend improvement and maintain process mining KPIs dashboards and performance continuous improvement initiatives by integrating process insights into Lean/Six Sigma or digital transformation with IT and data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and data quality for process training and coaching to business users and analysts on process mining methodologies and Skills & Experience:7 years of total experience with at least 3 years in process mining and the rest in process improvement analytics or business hands-on experience with Celonis Signavio UiPath Process Mining Disco or similar in data querying languages like SQL and experience with ETL understanding of enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) particularly SAP Oracle or Microsoft background in process mapping BPMN and business to interpret complex data and present clear actionable insights to communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
