Job Description
Position Description:
Key Responsibilities:
IAM Operations: Administer and manage Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory ensuring proper synchronization and identity lifecycle management across hybrid environments. Support and maintain user onboarding and offboarding workflows in alignment with security policies and compliance requirements.
Identity Governance: Enforce and manage access reviews entitlement management and role-based access controls (RBAC). Develop and enhance identity governance practices ensuring access rights align with job responsibilities.
Conditional Access & Security Controls: Implement and monitor Conditional Access policies to enforce contextual access based on user roles location and risk levels. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to continuously refine access policies for least privilege.
Privileged Access Management: Assist in the configuration of CyberArk for securing and auditing privileged accounts. Monitor and manage privileged access activities helping reduce insider threats and unauthorized access risks.
Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation and playbooks for IAM operations and security controls. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security or IAM roles
Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) On-prem Active Directory Conditional Access Identity Lifecycle Management CyberArk or similar PAM platforms
Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning
Experience with hybrid identity environments and security best practices
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Certifications:
CyberArk Trustee/Defender or equivalent PAM certification
