GenAI UI/UX Product Designer

Were hiring GenAI UI/UX Product Designer to join an early-stage VC-backed startup building the future of construction tech. We partner with leading construction and engineering firms to bring AI-powered document analysis and QA/QC workflows into one of the worlds largest industries. Our mission: eliminate painful manual processes and empower builders with intuitive intelligent tools.

Were looking for a Sofia-based UI/UX Designer to shape our product and brand from the ground up. This is your chance to design for a completely new category of softwarewhere AI meets the construction site.

What youll do

Own our design practice: product look & feel brand identity and user experience
Translate cutting-edge AI into elegant intuitive workflows for construction professionals
Lead UX testing research and design systems from scratch
Prototype rapidly iterate boldly and refine relentlessly
Be the voice of the user and help us define how an entire industry works

What were looking for

Based in Sofia collaborating closely with our product & engineering teams
Proven UI/UX portfolioapplications without portfolios will not be considered
Experience creating and executing design strategy in fast-moving environments
Passion for AIs ability to transform industries
Strong communicator bold thinker unafraid to push creative boundaries
Nice to have: Familiarity with software or workflows in Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC)
