GenAI UI/UX Product Designer
Were hiring GenAI UI/UX Product Designer to join an early-stage VC-backed startup building the future of construction tech. We partner with leading construction and engineering firms to bring AI-powered document analysis and QA/QC workflows into one of the worlds largest industries. Our mission: eliminate painful manual processes and empower builders with intuitive intelligent tools.
Were looking for a Sofia-based UI/UX Designer to shape our product and brand from the ground up. This is your chance to design for a completely new category of softwarewhere AI meets the construction site.
What youll do
- Own our design practice: product look & feel brand identity and user experience
- Translate cutting-edge AI into elegant intuitive workflows for construction professionals
- Lead UX testing research and design systems from scratch
- Prototype rapidly iterate boldly and refine relentlessly
- Be the voice of the user and help us define how an entire industry works
- Based in Sofia collaborating closely with our product & engineering teams
- Proven UI/UX portfolioapplications without portfolios will not be considered
- Experience creating and executing design strategy in fast-moving environments
- Passion for AIs ability to transform industries
- Strong communicator bold thinker unafraid to push creative boundaries
- Nice to have: Familiarity with software or workflows in Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC)
- Shape not just a product but a market-defining category
