The Opportunity

As aSenior Fund Analyst on DWAPF for the duration of a 12-month contract you will play a key role in shaping and executing the Funds Investment Strategy. Youll develop a deep understanding of the Fund Model the key drivers of Fund performance and the primary factors influencing returns. Your analytical expertise and commercial insight will be critical in identifying risks opportunities and strategic priorities across the portfolio.

In this role youll build trusted relationships with stakeholders and work closely with the Fund Manager to support the delivery of strong outcomes. Your ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights will help guide investment decisions and contribute to the Funds long term success.

As a Senior Fund Analyst in the DWAPF team you will make an impact by;

• Assisting the Fund Manager in preparing and implementing the Funds Investment Strategy working closely with Asset Managers and Capital Transactions to ensure alignment and execution.

• Maintaining and updating the Fund Model calculate asset and Fund-level returns and perform attribution and contribution analysis to assess performance and identify key drivers.

• Analysing the financial and strategic impact of acquisitions divestments capital projects and major lease transactions. Assist in coordinating due diligence processes for Fund transactions.

• Collaborating with Investor Relations and Marketing teams to prepare Fund marketing materials. Respond to regular and ad hoc investor information requests and contribute to Board and Investment Committee papers.

• Monitoring key lease expiries and capital expenditure across the portfolio ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and addressed in line with Fund priorities.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Property Finance or Commerce; additional professional studies in related disciplines are advantageous.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience ideally within property or finance sectors with strong exposure to unlisted funds and financial structures.

• Advanced financial modelling and analysis capabilities; proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills strategic thinking collaboration and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

• Detail oriented adaptable intellectually curious and able to maintain discretion while working confidently with diverse stakeholders.
