About Scope
Scopes purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living short term accommodation (respite) social connections lifestyle options therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About This Role
This is a permanent full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. The role is responsible for providing a broad range of office administration supports to our Therapy Team.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing a welcoming and informative customer service to our clients and staff.
- Booking and management of therapy appointments
- General office duties.
- Collaborating with Team Leaders Therapists and the Therapy Contracts Lead
About You
- Prior administrative work experience in the disability/medical sector advantageous
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written with attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Client focussed
- Warm and welcoming demeanour
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must provide the following:
- Full Victorian Drivers license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Childrens Check (Employee)
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
