You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a full time BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead our team here at Behavior Treatment & Analysis.
The Clinical Supervisor is the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) whos responsible for oversight for an entire region of learners. The CSs role is to provide clinical support and guidance to Program Supervisor (Clinical Coordinator) to ensure treatment fidelity and procedural integrity across the clients intervention (included but not limited to staff/parent training development). The Clinical Supervisor is assigned to conduct initial assessments indirect case management and to ensure that the clients progress is continuous throughout the treatment period. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and treatment plans to address the behaviors of concern and clients deficit addition the Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address clinical and administrative needs for each region. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to the BACB ethical and supervision guidelines.
