A professional with 3 years of experience in testing with Postman and browser development tools
Proficient in Web UI and API testing
Skilled in prioritizing test coverage based on risk and time constraints
Adept at using various tools for tracking and analyzing logs
Confident in designing and executing readable test cases and checklists
Unrivalled in creating bug and testing reports
Highly accurate and precise in testing and documentation
Familiar with microservices application structures and CI/CD
Accustomed to agile development methodologies and processes (Kanban is priority)
Experience with test automation using Playwright framework is a huge bonus
A strong analyst independent contributor and decision-maker
Demonstrating a Proficient English level (written and spoken) for daily communication with the team and business stakeholders
Familiar with using Jira Confluence MS Teams and Slack
Specific requirements to the Incident Manager role:
Act as Incident Manager according to the schedule:
during weekdays from 5AM-1PM (GMT5:30)
acting as Incident Manager on holidays and occasionally during the weekend only during those weeks when you act as Incident Manager
rotating with another Incident Manager every one week
Ability to remain calm and coordinate engineers being on-call to successfully facilitate production issue resolution and reduce downtime for business
Confident and comfortable with problem-solving
Possess listening and synthesis skills
Provide accurate and frequent written communications to the required stakeholders
Previous experience in on-call support or Incident management process is a bonus
Knowledge of the Opsgenie application is a bonus as well
