About the role
We are looking for a Support Officer Rural Products to join our team on a Full-time Permanent basis.
As Support Officer Rural Products you willprovide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the safe storage of rural products
- Handling receiving and dispatching of store stock
- Performing rural products and logistics support
- Providing administrative support for the processing of sales
- Performing rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
About you
- Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service;
- Have an understanding of agriculture products and your clients current and future needs the region and our competitors;
- Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills along with basic computer skills
- Are able to work independently and have good time management skills;
- Ideally have some previous sales experience.
- Have a drivers license. A Forklift and HR Truck licence is preferred but not essential.
