This is more than just a compliance role. Its an opportunity to influence support and lead safety excellence throughout Queensland Rails operations.
Your Opportunity
As a Health & Safety Business Partner youll work across regional western Queensland associated to the Mt Isa Line region partnering with operational leaders and frontline teams to drive safety improvements where they matter most. Youll support the delivery of key outcomes through the implementation of the Safety and Environment Management Systems (SEMS) while also playing a hands-on role in the field completing audits attending safety meetings and assisting with incident investigations. With regular travel throughout the region youll build strong on-the-ground relationships and see the real impact of your work firsthand.

Remuneration & Employment Type
This is a full-time permanent role with a starting base salary of $117750 plus 12.75% superannuation. The role also includes a company car to support your regular travel across the region. You must be able to travel regularly as part of the role.
