Job Description:
Take both voice and email inquiries (switching back and forth) from retail store customers and staff (Home Depot and Lowes)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from Retail Store Associates and homeowners providing them timely updates about order status and product availability
- Provide store representatives with accurate information concerning inventory availability order assignment and shipping details as necessary
- Closely working with various departments to research customer issues.
- Emailing plant schedulers/expeditors to request updated ETAs and expedite orders contacting purchasers to verify product availability reaching out to Order Entry for order change requests informing the Credit Team about order damages and defects and coordinating with the Warranty department for claims.
- Contacting partner logistics via phone or email for delivery information and proof of deliveries.
- Sending daily back-order reports/emails to stores and associates
Job Requirements:
- Preferably someone who worked in an Outsourcing Company (BPO)
- With outstanding Customer Service experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Amenable to work in Eastwood Libis Quezon City (Wfh is possible upon performance review)
- Okay to work following US Time Zone
