By joining the Pumps Cyclones and Valves (PCV) organization within FLSmidth you are joining an extremely dynamic exiting rapidly growing Product Line. Based out of Sonorayou will constantly work closely with the team based in the US where we globally support the PCV installed base and work to increase such installed base. You will get all needed support and training from manager and from peers where you will be part of a strong team committed to maintain ang grow the installed PCV equipment in Mexico.
Your responsibilities
- Leads the sales process for FLS PCV Products in the Capital Projects Products and aftermarket.
- Is accountable for the PCV sales budget and sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Establishes & develops customer relationships drives site coverage strategy account management plans and business development.
- Is constantly focused on identifying new opportunities to replace competitors Pumps Cyclones and Valves. Also looking for new installations where there is not currently any equipment installed.
- Works internally within FLS with Customer Service Logistics Procurement QC and all departments involved to make sure we deliver to customer world class equipment and services.
What you bring
- Degree in Mineral Processing Extractive Metallurgy Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- 5 years of demonstrated successful years in sales and/or technical support the Mining industry.
- Experience in effectively interfacing with clients and gaining credibility; developing and implementing project-specific sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a specific requirement in Spanish and English.
- Respect deadlines and works independently to reach them.
- Possess proficient skills within the Microsoft Office environment specifically Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
