Whatyoull do
The Night Concierge ensures asmooth and seamless service for residents and guests during overnight alongside the security team the Night Concierge focuses on operationalfollow-up preparing for the day team and ensuring all outstanding residentand administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard. This role playsa key part in maintaining continuity of service and supporting the efficiencyof the wider residences team.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and guests during night hours ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and discretion.
- Support with transportation bookings deliveries and ad-hoc resident requests as required.
- Ensure accurate logging of all resident interactions updates and tasks in the CRM system and logs.
- Review and follow up on outstanding tasks from the day ensuring smooth handover to the morning team.
- Manage the email inbox and respond or escalate appropriately.
- Update daily calendars logs and reporting systems with accurate information.
- Prepare operational and resident reports for management review.
- Assist with stock counts inventory checks and ordering processes.
- Carry out routine building tasks and basic overnight checks.

The operational hours of work areshift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
- Full-timeshift-based role on a 4-on 4-off rotation.
- Hourstypically 8:00 PM 8:00 AM

Essential Skills and Experience
- Strongorganizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactivereliable and able to work independently overnight.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalcalm and discreet when dealing with residents and sensitive matters.
- Competentin using CRM systems Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
Preferred Skills
- Previousconcierge or front desk experience in a luxury residential or hospitalityenvironment preferred.
- Strongbackground in administration and service delivery.
- Familiaritywith security and health & safety protocols desirable.
