The Learning Solutions team supports this growth through thoughtful and impactful development opportunities and we are looking to reinforce our global team with an experienced L&D practitioner.
As Learning Solutions Manager you will be a critical member of a small global team who operate strategically and tactically. Your responsibilities range from L&D Business Partnering (engaging and challenging top leaders) Instructional Design (in-person and virtual) Learning Operations (logistics) and broader strategic thinking and execution to grow our learning culture. You will work side by side with the Director of Learning Solutions contributing to the definition and execution of the Nexans global learning strategy.
