TheSenior Financial Analystplays a key role in supporting the accounting and reporting processes for the WAM Private Markets Legal Entity Reporting team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information flowing into the General Ledger which supports various management reports and financial decision-making. The position also offers opportunities for upskilling within the team and the broader function through certification training and exams.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Accounting close
Manager ME close process
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data
Develop standardized accounting models & GL Structure
2. Reporting Responsibilities
Lead and prepare all financial regulatory andlegalentity reporting deliverables
3. Audit support - Legal Entity
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3yrs in relevant industry
Adept in Journal Entries Account Reconciliation and Flux analysis
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook Word Power Point and Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Finance Shared Service industry
Knowledgeable in Global Wealth and Asset Management business
Background in Financial Statements and Board Reports preparation
