Job description
We are looking for a friendly organized and proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of our office. This front-office role is key to creating a positive first impression for all visitors clients and team members. You will be responsible for managing the reception area and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office with a focus on hospitality organization and excellent communication.
The position can be offered on a full-time basis (8 hours) or part-time with the option of 4 or 6 hours per day.
What to expect:
Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a welcoming and professional manner
Manage the front desk: answer phone calls redirect inquiries and handle correspondence
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms
Manage visitor logs issue access cards and support meeting room scheduling
Provide general administrative assistance such as document printing scanning and mailing
Ensure front-office supplies and materials are well-stocked and organized
Check and restock food and beverage items in office refrigerators and kitchen areas regularly
Monitor office hospitality standards and support a comfortable and well-maintained environment
Follow company protocols regarding security confidentiality and front desk operations
Job requirements
The perfect candidate meets the following:
Previous experience in a receptionist front office or customer service role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Good command of English (spoken and written)
