The Detailing Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising the detailing Group Leads Detailers and Checkers at the Nucor Insulated Panel Group Office. Responsibilities also include: grading and estimating detailing/checking time for jobs; scheduling coordinating and tracking jobs for the detailing group within the engineering department; addressing job-related problems and determining solutions; developing corrective actions to prevent future issues. The Detailing Supervisor will provide training and mentoring to team members and will be directly involved in the selection process interview hiring and training of new team members. This position is in Lewisville Texas and includes working more than 40 hours and traveling out of town as required.
