Team Overview:
The client is accountable for driving the companys privacy safety and security outcomes and ensuring a balanced risk position is maintained for the company. Their mission is to keep users safe at scale.
Employees and the extended workforce play a crucial role in defending the corporate ecosystem against potential threats. Their decisions significantly influence product and system design. The team researches develops and lands innovative training and education solutions to empower their audiences to make informed choices that safeguard their users and the company.
You will work cross-functionally with the team to drive both the organizations mission and their message developing effective strategies to communicate market and connect with their various audiences and stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally to drive the organizations mission developing effective strategies and programs for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the communications process be a skilled program manager as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Change management experience and knowledge around policy/culture change are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tactical communications plans that support the teams strategic goals.
Manage a variety of communication channels including website email and print.
Write and edit content for a variety of audiences.
Source create and manage visual assets such as infographics videos and presentations.
Work with other teams to ensure that communications are aligned with the overall goals.
Track and measure the effectiveness of communications efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in communications marketing or a related field.
3 years of experience in communications marketing or a related field.
Strong project management skills.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience in change management.
Experience with social media and other digital channels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
