This Position reports to:
Portfolio ManagerGlobal Product Manager Secondary(flexible location/location: Global)
Location
This role is open globally preferred countries are Norway China and Italy. The work model is hybrid. #LI-hybridKey Responsibilities
- Lead Product Management for the Secondary segment within the Switchgear business line.
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- Several years of experience in product management or related roles in the electrical industry.
- Strong analytical skills market understanding and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate needs into product improvements.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
