- Previous experience in an HR or people-focused admin role
- A proactive and welcoming approach to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided)
- An understanding of workplace confidentiality and ethical standards
- Flexibility and a team-first attitude
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience in hospitality or a similar service-driven environment
- Familiarity with Australian employment regulations

Were now seeking an engaging and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to help us champion our workplace culture and deliver best-in-class HR support.
What Will You Be Doing
As our HR Coordinator youll be more than administrative support youll be a go-to contact a culture ambassador and a trusted HR partner across the hotel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting recruitment onboarding and Team Member lifecycle processes
- Coordinating training sessions recognition programs and team events
- Assisting with compliance record keeping and reporting requirements
- Managing general HR queries and providing first-level support to team members
- Ensuring smooth daily HR operations including correspondence filing data entry and document preparation
- Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Contributing to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
