We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Senior Electrical Manufacturing & Assembly Manager to lead and elevate the performance of our Fabrication Electrical and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) departments across Australia.

This is a full time permanent opportunity based in Perth with travel as required.

Skills And Experiences

This pivotal role bridges the gap between tactical execution and strategic leadership its driving operational excellence delivering strategic initiatives and fostering continuous improvement across our production and operations landscape.

You will be responsible for:

  • Tactical Execution of the day-to-day operations across multiple sites in Australia.
  • Accountable for financial outcomes budgeting and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as yield OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) downtime and throughput.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives that enhance productivity quality and team performance.
  • Optimise workflows and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards regulatory requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure that contracts obligations are managed and met.
  • You will lead develop and mentor teams Fostering a workforce culture of excellence honesty and harmony cross functionally.

BE part of the solution

  • Highly experienced in multi-disciplined electrical manufacturing environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in project management or business management in addition to trade-related or engineering qualifications.
  • Desirable experience of power system production products and equipment electrical infrastructure and balance of plant (HV LV).
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills and experience.
  • Effectively manage and oversee the Integration Scope Schedule Cost Quality Resources Communication Risk Procurement and Stakeholder Management of projects.
  • Strong Commercial contract management and negotiation skills.
