Job Description

Summary

As a Production Operative you will be part of the team responsible for manufacturing packaging and preparing our supplements for distribution. Youll work 4 days a week in a clean safe and supportive environment following processes that ensure the highest quality standards.

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Bicester with a second storage warehouse nearby. Since fitting out our state-of-the-art clean rooms and manufacturing facility in 2019 we have continued to invest in our infrastructure to better serve our customers and enhance operational efficiency.

What will you do

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for blending encapsulation and filling.

  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

  • Keep work areas clean and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

  • Support continuous improvement in production processes.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across production quality and warehouse.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a production warehouse or manufacturing environment is helpful (but not essential full training provided).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work within set processes.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Physically able to handle tasks such as lifting standing and moving stock.

  • An interest in health nutrition or wellness is a bonus.
