Job Summary
Duty Manager in Repton - Fantastic Sports & Fitness Centre
Hours: Full-time 40 hours (rota including evenings weekends & bank holidays)
Base salary of up to: 29355
Were looking for an energetic and customer-focused Duty Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Sports & Fitness Centre in the heart of Repton. Home to some larger scale sporting events and offering a wide range of facilities this is a leisure job not to be missed.
What youll be doing
- Managing and motivating a small team (lifeguards reception caf and cleaning staff)
- Ensuring the centre operates safely and efficiently with a strong focus on health & safety including pool testing and risk assessments
- Delivering excellent customer service and being the go-to person during your shift
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth experience for members students and the community
What were looking for
- 3 years operational experience including at least 2 years in management
- Strong people and communication skills approachable calm under pressure and proactive
- A hands-on leader who sets high standards and leads by example
- Pool Plant Operator and National Pool Lifeguard qualifications (or willingness to achieve)
