Location: Barcelona Spain (secondary location Amsterdam)- on-site
Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and evaluate potential clients to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone email and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and offer customized solutions.
  • Establish nurture and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate strategies and meet common business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 to 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in the UK market preferably as a sales manager or in a senior sales position.
  • Self-driven proactive and focused on achieving results with a strong ambition to succeed.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
  • Skilled at building rapport earning trust and maintaining strong client relationships.
