Spanish Learning Content Host & Community Manager

Easy Languages is a media production company based in Berlin dedicated to creating video and podcast content for language learners. Our mission is to support language learning through authentic and engaging media. With 15 YouTube channels and 10 podcasts we reach millions of enthusiastic language learners worldwide and have grown dynamically since our company was founded.

Were now looking for a Host to join our team! In this role you will be one of the faces of our video content on YouTube engage with people in different environments (in person and online) and help us bring our language-learning videos to life. This position is available starting in November 2025 with the option to work 2030 hours per week.

We particularly welcome candidates from the Latin American community living in Barcelona.

Tasks

On any given day you might:

• Host engaging YouTube videos and podcast episodes as well as in-person events such as community meetups and our yearly winter/summer school
• Interview native speakers in the streets of Barcelona and capture authentic conversations
• Brainstorm ideas plan and produce content that fits Easy Spanish brand and purpose together with the Easy Spanish team
• Collaborate with the team to develop fresh and creative ways to connect with our audience
• Support our community by answering their questions on Discord email or YouTubes comment section
• Host community events like Zoom conversation sessions in-person meet-ups & our yearly summer school

Requirements

Were looking for someone who:

• Is outgoing confident and comfortable engaging with strangers in a variety of settings
• Has excellent communication skills and can adapt easily to different environments
• Brings a natural curiosity and genuine interest in cultures and languages
• Is experienced in learning foreign languages ideally with a background in Spanish teaching
• Can improvise and think quickly on their feet feels comfortable being on camera and shows high energy enthusiasm and an engaging presence
• Possesses native-level proficiency in Spanish and at least conversational English
• Is currently living long-term in Barcelona Spain or willing to relocate.
• Is legally authorized to work in Spain and able to travel as required
