Job Summary

Customer Success Representative

Position Summary
The Customer Success Representative ensures customers have a positive experience before during and after service. This role manages follow-up feedback and long-term relationships to promote repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain post-sale customer relationships.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle follow-up communication.

  • Track and encourage customer retention.

  • Support sales and service teams with feedback loops.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Call customers after service to confirm satisfaction and gather reviews.

  • Track customers with pending recommendations and schedule follow-ups.

  • Maintain detailed notes on customer history in CRM.

  • Provide proactive outreach to repeat customers and fleets.

  • Resolve complaints in collaboration with service and store managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1 2 years of customer service experience.

  • Strong phone communication skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive or dealership environments.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer retention rate.

  • Number of five-star reviews collected.

  • Customer satisfaction survey scores.

  • Resolution time for issues.

Work Environment

  • Reports to the Store Manager.

  • Primarily in-office 40 hours per week.

  • Sedentary with phone and computer-based work.
