The Customer Success Representative ensures customers have a positive experience before during and after service. This role manages follow-up feedback and long-term relationships to promote repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain post-sale customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle follow-up communication.
Track and encourage customer retention.
Support sales and service teams with feedback loops.
Day-to-Day Duties
Call customers after service to confirm satisfaction and gather reviews.
Track customers with pending recommendations and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain detailed notes on customer history in CRM.
Provide proactive outreach to repeat customers and fleets.
Resolve complaints in collaboration with service and store managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong phone communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive or dealership environments.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer retention rate.
Number of five-star reviews collected.
Customer satisfaction survey scores.
Resolution time for issues.
Work Environment
Reports to the Store Manager.
Primarily in-office 40 hours per week.
Sedentary with phone and computer-based work.
