Job Description
Experience: 3 Years
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the Solar Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales business development and client acquisition within the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities-
Generate new business opportunities for solar products and solutions through field sales.

Identify and approach potential clients (residential commercial & industrial sectors).

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and customer support.

Stay updated on solar industry trends competitors and market conditions.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar Industry sales (mandatory).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication negotiation and client relationship skills.

Willingness to do field work regularly.

Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Fixed Salary: Up to 30000 per month.
