- Raise timely clarifications and ensure alignment across teams.
- Functional Documentation & Validation
- Analyze data and system behavior to assess changes required for new projects or enhancements.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and validate business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with cross-location teams to maintain consistent delivery standards.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Proactively raise factual alerts and risks to mitigate delivery challenges.
