The Position

Were looking for a highly experienced Global Supply Chain Leader to join our this pivotal leadership role youll be instrumental in shaping and executing our global supply chain vision ensuring it perfectly aligns with our overall business and product strategies. Youll drive significant transformation and continuous improvement across our supply chain network.

The opportunity:

• Lead and empower a team of Supply Chain Professionals guiding them in developing and integrating network product and execution strategies.

• Translate P&L ambitions for our pharma segment into tangible supply chain design and inventory strategies spanning a 0-10 year horizon.

• Design champion and implement our global supply chain product and network configuration to support business growth and resilience.

• Ensure the seamless integration of strategic planning demand and inventory management frameworks establishing clear objectives and performance metrics.

• Establish and leverage strategic governance forums utilizing processes like Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to facilitate enterprise-wide decision-making and alignment.

• Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching mentorship and by fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous professional development.

What you bring:

• Bachelors degree in life sciences engineering or business disciplines preferred.

• Additional education in business or supply chain is a strong advantage (MBA APICS).

• Significant supply chain and/or manufacturing network experience within the pharmaceutical industry; preferably supporting mature organizations with both clinical and commercial originator products (incl. current GxP GMP knowledge).

• At least 5 years of people management experience including leading cross-functional teams and aligning decision making across senior management Strong preference for candidates with experience working in a regional or global HQ.

• Preference for some experience at plant or distribution site level.

• Proven experience leading strategic and supply chain planning processes strategic and operational budget setting (CAPEX inventory OPEX).

• Experience with planning systems and end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
